We had the spinach dip appetizer. The spinach dip was wonderful. The chips were stale. We probably could have told the waitress and we probably could have received new chips, but we just went with it. My husband had the chicken and shrimp Alfredo and he devoured it, the only part he didn't like was the tail still being on, so before he could eat it he had to sit there and remove them from a lot of shrimp. Would be nice if they served it with no tail. I had the t-bone steak. I wasn't expecting a fancy one because it was only $20.00 and it was exactly as I expected. I asked for medium and it went in stages. Starting from the bottom it was well cooked, the middle was medium as I asked for and the top along with the (very small) filet side was very rare, almost raw. So it was very unevenly cooked. I should have asked for a properly cooked one but I didn't. They relied on the garlic butter as the seasoning, so I did have to add some salt. The baked potato was a baked potato, it was good. The carrots were fantastic. We also ordered bar items, my husband got the sangria swirl, which was very strong so he couldn't finish because he was driving, which meant more drinks for me! I had the pain killer and completely understand why they limit you to two of them. Very strong and very good!Overall we had a nice experience. The prices are perfect. It wasn't terrible experience. We look forward to checking them out again, to try different menu options.
Waited 5+ minutes for a host. Waited 15+ minutes for our drinks. (Water and sweet tea). It was not busy, if it were that would be understandable. When the food came out, the steak that was ordered medium rare, was well done. We had to wait so long for any and everything. Then had to wait 20 minutes for a server to show up just to correct the bill so we could pay and get out. I was trying to get any servers attention to get our server, but no one was around. Then when I did see someone they didn’t pay me any attention. While waiting ALL of the lights turned off and a server yelled, “we’re closed, time to go!” Which we wanted to do long before. Lights came back on after about two minutes. Food wasn’t worth it. Idk how you can make chicken tenders taste bad but… they did. Baked potato as dry as the Sahara desert. Salad was the best part and it wasn’t even that great.
The food was hot and amazing for a change. The chicken tenders were hot and I'm loving the hot honey sauce!
Haven't been to Cheddar's in a long time and decided to stop by for lunch. The greeter and the servers were very friendly. I got the Country Fried Chicken with two sides and it was excellent. I definitely will come back again.Parking: Parking was a breeze
Took a moment to get seated but that is because this place has amazing food! Everyone wants to eat it.
