I called, Cathy told me to come in and bring the pancakes and she would remake them. There's a reason why I had themdelivered. Great service! Needless to say, won't be ordering a delivery again. They must have new cooks. If the food wasn't theissue, Cathy's attitude was the cherry on top of my bad experience.
The food was okay. I ordered the biscuits and gravy skillet and it came cold. The warmest part of the food was the eggs and that was kind of pushing it. The eggs were- Eggs. And biscuits had little to really no flavor at all. Couldn't really taste the gravyeither. The waitress didn't serve us, it was the bus boy that ended up serving us in the end. He was very nice but the rest ofthe staff were not very personal with our table. They seem very understaffed. Overall experience wasn't the best, very modernlook to the building but overall wasn't pleased. I don't plan on coming back.
Came here for the first time. The decorations of the place makes it look better than it is. The prices were a little ridiculous since I don't know how a side of 2 eggs is $8 and a slightly better meal is $11. There's no combos or deals. It wasn't busy atall when we went and our server struggled to serve us when we got there. Other people had came in and they had gotten water, menus, etc and got served first while we were wondering where she had gone. We weren't checked on ONCE until we were handed thebill. I get the short staffing but the restaurant was practically empty while we were there
Was looking for a quick bite to eat at lunch. Glad I picked this Pancake House. I was seated, order taken and the meal brought out in what seemed like a few minutes without feeling rushed. Gotta admit, the eggs, pancakes and bacon were really good too.Definitely will go back and highly recommend to others.
Menu is really limited and prices are high. It was close to $15 for a cup of coffee, 2 eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, and a biscuit w/ gravy $1.00 up charge). Main dish was hot, but the biscuit was hard and the gravy was cold. The waitress disappeared halfway through the meal and never returned. I had to go up to the register and ask for my ticket to pay. They push alcohol with everything and for being a restaurant push lotto scratch off tickets and liquor/coffee bar over actual food.
