Przekaż informację zwrotnąI recommend not to buy anything from this store. A lady, store cashier is so bad. She spoke with me so rudely, closed the drive thru window and went away. Shameful….
#1) I ordered an Iced Latte with less ice (in store) I politely confirmed this with the cashier and she confirmed it with the coffee maker verbally. It was completely filled with ice so I commented on it, she told me it was less ice but I refused it. So she dumped it into a new cup and topped it off for me. I needed a few napkins to clean it off myself.#2) The cashier was transferring doughnuts as I walked up, she removed one glove and then took my order and counted my cash and coins back with both hands (one glove/one bare) and then proceeded to transfer the doughnuts with the money glove.#3) The coffee was up to par with it 's taste.My relationship with Dunkin is thick as I get my wife an Iced Latte EVERYDAY (sometimes myself too) We have been travelling for the last two years so I 've been to many Dunkins between here and Florida. The less ice wasn 't even attempted and the worker telling me I 'm wrong was just an attempt to not correct it. The handling of food and cash/coins with the same glove is just nasty and not standard practice within the food industry. This Review is based on my ONE visit as we just arrived in the area. There are other Dunkin Doughnuts in the area I 'll try next time.
My sister ordered a caramel craze latte and we found a bug in the drink, and the drink is meant to be sweet but she says it tasted like it had no sugar.
So every time I’m here I try to use the rewards program and use my rewards and it never gets deducted from my final amount and I end up paying full price anyways what’s the point of the rewards what I asked the girl about it she said well maybe you have to order online and I said no that’s not what it says and she was just like she just gave shrugging her shoulders like I don’t care
Absolutely do not go here. I ordered an iced chai with caramel through the app, and picked it up through the drive thru. When I got there, I was told they don't carry chai anymore, but instead of offering me another drink or refund, they gave me a cup of iced milk with caramel. I paid almost $6 for a cup of milk with caramel syrup. When I asked, they told me that they couldn't do anything because it was an online order and that I would have to contact customer service in the app in order to get a refund. If you couldn't make the drink for me the least you could do is offer an alternative, rather than just give me iced milk with caramel syrup. I usually go here every morning before work to get coffee because it's on the way, but I will be switching to the location closer to my job and leaving a little earlier to avoid this location. Pathetic.
