Pizza Americana - Carnegie

I ordered a large pizza and two hoagies today, but then I saw a heavyset man with long hair preparing the food. He was actually picking knots out of his hair right next to the food. I mentioned this to the person taking my order, but he didn't seem to care. I ended up canceling my order and leaving. This was my second time giving them a chance. Honestly, the food deserves 4 stars for taste, but I just couldn't shake the thought of hair floating around and possibly being served to my children.

We usually get pizza there once or twice a month and order pizza, salad, hoagie, and breadsticks. We ordered a deluxe steak hoagie and there was hardly any steak on the hoagie.
