Alexions Grill - Carnegie

Always love coming to Alexions! Friendly people, good service and really good food. We had the pepperoni rolls and their Monday special, wedgies for like $10.00. sorry they're not better pics but you get the idea.

Very nice local bar restaurant. It's an older place but the food is good. I was here for a wake lunch after a burial service at the cemetery across the street. Additionally, I live locally but had never tried the food until this family gathering. I ordered a veggie Cuban sandwich which was very good. From my experience here they deserve a 4 star bar restaurant rating. I will update this review if I stop in again to eat or have a beer.

Sandwich bread is amazing and the Pepperoni Rolls are a must!

After a long day, decided to order take out. I order the smokehouse burger and it was a nice size with good flavor (wish it could have been cooked rare), and an ordered fries well done with a side of gravy. By the time I got back to my hotel (5 minute ride) the bun for the burger and the fries were both soggy and oddly, and the gravy for the fries was out of the fridge cold, which I didn't expect. Given another chance, I would try Alexions again, but eat at the location.

Burgers were huge, the bacon burger was full on top of bacon! Not skimpy on the tomatoes or lettuce either. The calzone was huge came out hot and fresh. Flavor was a little bit bland even with the marinara sauce. Overall 4.8 stars!! Great food price was àlso a little higher $10-$15 per person.
