The vegetables were really fresh and the dish was hot when I opened it back in the office. It was a satisfactory lunch that I couldn't even get close to completion. I highly recommend this place.
Lazy. Dirty. Unclean. Poor service. Health code violation waiting to happen. . Shocked by our experience today. Ordered Ginger Beef takeout, got it home to find only rice and onions with 5 shavings of beef. . Mistakes happen. Brought it back! They inspected my food rather than just making it right. The young lady argued with me, and then agreed to fix it. . Then she took it back to her cook and he yelled and cried. After yelling back and forth he remade it. Proper ratios but half the serving. We order from here (or used to order from here) 2-4 times a month. So we know what to expect. . However he only remade half the order and refused to make the tempura. It was his lunch break and he was going to go eat with his friends. . A young man, who wasn't a cook tried to take the tempura from the bad order (WITH HIS BARE HANDS) and put it with the new order. I insisted he make new. . Meanwhile the cook was sitting down to eat his huge pile of food. The two left up front were forced to remake the tempura. . It's shocking this place has such little control over it's staff. It seems like the owner would want to know what their staff is like when they are not there. . We won't be back. . Try Blue Sky. It authentic. The staff is kind, and the food is amazing.
First time and the Last. Wife and I have split shifts so we frequent the area during lunch break hours these past weeks. We spotted this place and wanted to try it out. First, It was an awkward place due to the very poor customer service but decided to stay. We ordered the Chicken Chow Mein and Teriyaki Chinese Rice Plate. Portions are good for the price but the food was not up to par. My Teriyaki chicken was on the cold side and was probably microwaved unevenly and the rice was not fully cooked. Wife 's chow mein was okay at best. Second, What got my attention was how rude the cashier lady was to an African American customer. He was asked to pay first before ordering. I am not okay with that but that man did not say a word. We were the first to enter the place when it opened but we were not asked to pay first before ordering. Thats discrimination. Also, third, I understood all the language that was spoken between the two chefs and cashier. It is not okay to bash your customers. Yes we order water because that is what we wanted. Sorry that we are too cheap for your soda. Fourth, Save your personal family affairs until after closing. This is the reason why we didn 't complain about the food because who knows what they would do. Take your business elsewhere people.
Today I decided to try New Rice Bowl for the first time. The customer service was great, the gentlemen taking my order was nice and had good enthusiasm for his job. I ordered a teriyaki chicken over rice and an order of deep fried potstickers to go. The potstickers were good. However, I was not impressed by the teriyaki chicken. I actually didn?t like it at all. The chicken had an odd taste, as if it wasn?t well seasoned and/or marinated before cooking. I could taste the odd taste even with the chicken being covered in teriyaki sauce. I did like the white rice it was well made. I am not sure if I?ll return. But if I do, I will not be ordering the teriyaki chicken again.
Just take it. Your chicken dishes are very tasty and the prices cannot be beaten. That's what Panda Express wants.
