Elite Bakery Cafe - Carmichael

Oh, my God! Have you ever been here? If not, you have to go. Your food is so good that I didn't remember to make a picture before diving. This family-run and operated establishment is full of wonderful memories that make taste. What should you try? Everything! I have the chicken salad, the hearty crepe (usually delicious with a taste reminiscent of authentic Italian pizza from New York), real blue berry scissors, get there early enough and it will melt in your mouth still warm out of the oven, most recently Elite has this Mediterranean Burrito with egg, guacamole and some kind of cheese in a tortilla (definitely Cal-Med flavor).

Hidden over this place, dead seriously, best cup of coffee I've ever had. Amazing. So impressed. Note all the beautiful cheesecakes during waiting. I'm back for some.

I got a blueberry scone and macchiato which were both great. I liked that she made sure I knew that a macchiato was very small and showed me the cup, but I was already aware of that. My only dislike is that nothing on the board had prices. That's probably not a concern to most people though.

I love everything about this place. The pastries are GENEROUS in size too say the least and always delicious. The coffee is perfect. The family that runs it super sweet. I am so glad they opened up near me!

We had some delicious breakfast burritos, a chocolate croissant, and a raspberry scone. Super clean inside, nice people, and good food. Plus, they have good coffee. We'll definitely be back!
