Alvarado Street Brewery Bistro

The ambiance is fantastic, and the food is even more impressive. For the price, I believe you won't find a better burger anywhere else. There are many great places to eat, but not at this price point. That said, their $25 burger is definitely worth every penny. The service is quick and efficient, and I can't emphasize enough how well-prepared the food is. I absolutely love it. I also forgot to mention the beer selection—there are plenty of excellent choices, and they aren't overpriced. Enough said!

Terrible service and even worse food. I came here because my usual favorite spots were closed. I had heard from others that the food was terrible, but from the outside, it had a pretty cool look. I really should have listened! I ordered the brisket grilled cheese, and it was almost impossible to eat. It tasted like something ancient, and the aftertaste lingered for hours. My girlfriend ordered a poorly prepared salmon and mixed greens salad that tasted just like a school lunch salad. To make matters worse, one of the waitresses was quite rude when I asked to sit by the patio heater. There are much better options nearby.

Their menu has changed. I liked previous menu better (dishes I liked were eliminated but overall it was good experience as usual. :

I like this place a lot. Took a star off because the Impossible Burger has come off the menu and I loved it. Great service and recommend the yuzu tom collins.
