The Star At Vesuvio - Carmel By the Sea

This rooftop bar in Carmel is fantastic! It features numerous heating options and cozy stoves, comfortable padded chairs, and ample space for larger groups. The service was excellent. Although I only stopped by for a drink, the music was wonderful and the ambiance was lovely. It seems to attract a younger crowd compared to the dinner we had downstairs.

The rooftop area is gorgeous, complete with heat lamps and fire pits. The cocktails are delightful, and the small bites are equally tasty. I can definitely see this becoming one of my favorite spots! The service was absolutely perfect!

Our favorite Happy Hour spot in Carmel is definitely this place! The rooftop ambiance is beautiful, and the food and drinks are excellent. The service was outstanding, though I regret I can’t remember our server’s name.

I had to wait for centuries to get my food. Mediocre and expensive. I was on the roof. The manager had a terrible attitude that was shocking, the worst I have ever experienced in a long time (even if the waiter was nice). I even wonder if it had to do with the fact that I am a person of color. Anyway, I won?t recommend this place, especially for someone visiting the city. NOT THIS COOPERATION

Service is extremely slow. Food was bad. Expensive meal that is not worth the price at all. Do not recommend. We had the seafood risotto and ragu bolognese both really disappointing.
