Texas Roadhouse - Carmel

Had a rough start. An overlook that could of been bad, but the issue was addressed and was handled professionally promptly and fairly. So will forget it. Ribs were great. Service was great. Dylan did a great job and left a $25 tip. Keep up the good work.Food: 5/5

Every single time we order take out there’s always a problem, but I keep doing it and here. I am today 45 minutes later sitting waiting on a salad To go. Management needs to really do somethingFood: 2/5

Normally we love TRH and maybe this one was just having an off night, but it was a below-average and disappointing experience. Our server was friendly but seemed a bit nervous and kept repeating himself. The mushrooms, onions and peppers my husband got for his steak were extremely salty. He ordered his steak med-rare and it was almost well done. He waited for a couple of minutes to flag someone down, but everyone was busy elsewhere so he just ate it. A manager came by later and offered to bring him another one, but we were almost ready to leave at that point. My sweet potato wasn’t baked all the way so they brought me another one, but it wasn’t any better than the first one. The shrimp and steak I ordered was ok except for the gristly tendon running through several bites of the steak. I know people like to have their birthdays celebrated, but when it’s already a busy, chaotic Friday night, the last thing you want to hear is a crowd of servers clapping together and yelling “yeehaw”. Hopefully our next visit is better.

Food wasn't bad. Caesar dressing had almost no flavor. Server was rude. My husband asked about beer pricing...major attitude!!!! Then she had no idea what the cost of beer that he wanted was on top of not seeming knowledgeable on the drinks in general. Part of your job is answering questions regarding menu. Everytime anyone asked for something she gave a dirty look. We payed on the machine at the table way before we were done eating. I didn't have enough cash for her tip so my husband put some on the card and I was leaving the rest in cash. My husband thinks she thought that was her only tip because we didn't see her at all after that. I had to asked twice for a drink. My husband had to ask other servers for dressing etc... It got to the point that what tip was on the card was her only tip.
