Roma - Carmel

We had a fantastic dinner that was expertly cooked and beautifully presented. Our server, Cheyanne, provided us with attentive and excellent service throughout the meal.

The spaghetti with clam sauce was tasteless and very few minimal clams. Overall, not a good food experience.

2. The portion size of my husband's Butternut Ravioli was smaller than the Calamari Appetizer we ordered. His mother ended up giving him her pasta as she wasn't very hungry and felt bad for him after a long day at work. 3. My Prosecco tasted more like Moscato and our waiter never came back to check on us. The manager had to switch the drink out for me. 4. We hardly saw our waiter and they never asked after our first bite if we were enjoying our meals. 5. With a bill totaling over $200 for 3 adults and 1 child, we certainly expected to leave much happier than we did.

The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is great, and the food is fantastic.
