Outback Steakhouse Carmel

My brother is the chef at this restaurant. He is amazing. You should definitely go and try his food. You will want to keep coming back.

This steakhouse restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The quality and quantity of the portions are impressive. I would give it 4 stars, although we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was mostly empty. However, the waiter was very friendly once we were seated and our food arrived in a timely manner. I would definitely return in the future.

We came in an hour and half before closing and got the best service we have ever experienced in this place. Our steaks were delicious and our waitress (Gina E. was very personal and made my final night great! Gina is the best server we've ever had and we can't wait to come back and hopefully have it back!

Ate at the bar, wasn't busy after lunch time. Bartender was great. Appetizer was was great along with the juicy steak. Little on the expensive side but definitely could have had a smaller steak and less drinks would have made it more affordable. Will go again

Thursday evening about 6:30PM not terribly busy but a steady flow of diners about an hour later. They appeared short staffed so there was a bit of a wait even though we had call ahead seating. After ordering food did arrive timely and hot, and good quality.
