Fazoli's - Carmel

Gave it a try since it had been years. First visit was amazing. Gentlemen working the drive-thru was so friendly and everything went smooth. Such a great experience that I talked this location up the rest of the week to everybody. Went back a week laterwith a friend and had the exact opposite experience I had the first trip. I feel bad for the manager because I think she wasvery overwhelmed. However the worst part of the experience was her only employee prepping meals. He was so stoned that he wasbarely able to function. Operating at the slowest speed and had no idea what planet he was even on. Given his state of mind, ourorder which we got after 30 minutes of waiting with nobody else at the restaurant, was so messed up that we had no choice but toreturn and have them make it right. This guy was baked 5x more than their lasagna. Very disappointed and I hope they let thisdude go. Very unprofessional.

The restaurant provides excellent service and the food was too notch. Team members Todd Jeremy were awesome! We will definitely be back.

The people working there were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. First time eating at this location and will definitely be back.

Just not the same sauce as it used to be. Bread sticks were overwhelmingly garlicky tried it twice this past month and dissapointed both times.

Love this Fazolis. Staff are great food always hot good
