Einstein Bros. Bagels - Carmel

I ordered all of my food, my food wasn’t read back to me and I also didn’t receive a receipt. I even tipped the register person. I was told my a manager that there’s nothing she can do and got hung up on twice. This is not the customer service I ever expected from an establishment I frequent often.

Kid-friendliness: The boss is unprofessional and using the “ F “ word for delaying the orders. Loud and angry woman. She treat them as nothing but a piece of Junk. Sad to experience in my sight early Sunday morning.

No bagels. Told to call ahead. Bad joke of a bagel place.

Bagels are great to drop off at offices, drive thru is easy! We love the turkey sandwich for lunch too!
