Caffé Buondí - Carmel

Perfectly average, run-of-the-mill Italian cafe. The food was good and the prices were fair. There wasn't anything particularly outstanding about this place but I would go here again for sure. Me and my friend had the panini's and in our opinion the Testa Rossa had an amazing combination if sauce, cheese, and chicken, whereas the Miura was kind of flavorless and disappointing.Still, I happy with this place,

My daughter had a hankering for crepes so we went to Caffé Boundi. I had passed by many times but this time we stopped. I’m so glad we did! NotOnly was our server, Kennedy, kind and gracious…the food was amazing. I also had a green smoothie. The Del Piero was amazing and satisfying! It was a nice touch for the chef to deliver the food!

A not so hidden gem! Food is amazing, and I had one of the best lattes I've had in awhile! It does get really busy and loud during peak hours, because so many people love to eat here! Great place go if you are tired of the standard bacon/egg places, this place breathes fresh life and flavor into brunch!Food: 5/5

This isn’t my first time dining here, but this second time will ensure I never return.It took 40+ minutes to get our food when other tables of our size or larger sat after us and received their food first. They were actually done eating and left before we got our food. When we received our food it was cold.The bagel entree was incorrect. No cheese on the bagel as stated on the menu. Not the right bagel as stated on the menu or communicated that it would be substituted. The egg was asked to be slightly more cooked than over easy and it was completely fried.The traditional egg breakfast had cold eggs. There was mold on the raspberries in the fruit cup.Both coffees served to us were warm.For $100 breakfast it was very disappointing. The other tables that received their food before us were all white. Our party was racially mixed and it very much felt intentional for us to have to wait so long for food.
