Golden Star Chinese Take Away

I am 21 weeks pregnant and was excited to have some Chinese food after not eating all day. Unfortunately, I ended up eating a mediocre Chinese meal and three hours later started vomiting violently and had to stay on the toilet. This was not a pleasant experience for anyone, especially someone who is pregnant. I believe it was the chicken balls from the restaurant that made me sick, and I will be contacting them tomorrow to address the issue. I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.

Ordered a take away for 6,30 t0night, it arrived dead on 6.30, food was to die for, pipping hot and cooked to perfection, large portents, have never had a bad meal from the Golden Star fiest class every time, delivery drive charming and polite

We were extremely disappointed with our meal. The chicken was slimy and completely inedible. Additionally, we ordered curry sauce but received soy sauce instead. The experience was so disappointing that we decided not to return to exchange it. We only tried this restaurant because our usual spot was closed, but we will not stray from it again.

Ordered for a delivery,the person on the phone, was friendly and read the order back to me. The food arrived in less time than they said, so this was a plus.The delivery driver was also good and respected the social distancing at the door. The food was hot, tasty and full of flavour with good portion sizes. Would definitely recommend in the difficult times we are currently in.A

We have been loyal customers of this Chinese takeout restaurant for several years, but our relationship with them ends tonight. Over the past few weeks, we have experienced some issues with the food quality and missing items in our orders. Despite giving them the benefit of the doubt, our experience tonight was the final straw. When we tried to place an order this evening, we were met with rude and disrespectful behavior from the staff member who answered the phone. When we asked to speak to the manager, she simply laughed and dismissed our concerns. We will not be recommending this Chinese restaurant and will be taking our business to other, better options in the area.
