Station Bistro - Carluke

This is an incredible food truck that you should definitely check out! Initially, I thought it was just your average burger van, but it's anything but ordinary. The food is fantastic, with everything cooked to order and prepared with great attention to detail. They offer amazing burgers and delicious sides. The staff is very friendly and genuine. My words don't do it justice—just give it a try, and you won't regret it!

Ordered the maple bacon burger the veggie halloumi french toast, both were amazing. the ingredients fresh and not fat. will come back in any case!

This place is a hidden gem located right in front of the Carluke station in the parking lot. The service is excellent and friendly, and the burgers are absolutely delicious. I tried the Maple-Bacon-Cheese Burger, and it was fantastic. Next time, I plan to try the Scotsman. The value for money is great, and it’s the cleanest food van I’ve ever seen. I will definitely be returning. Ten out of ten!

This is an amazing spot with delicious food and excellent service. You can order online and choose either delivery or pick up at the station bistro. Their pancakes are the best I've ever had! Highly recommended!

First experience today, was outstanding! Great food and good portions. Menu is a good size too, so plenty options.
