Went in for a bottle of tonic and the luvly and polite ginger haired lady behind the counter couldn’t be any more helpful. Great customer service

I had a disappointing experience trying to place an order over the phone for quick pickup at this restaurant. They refused to take my order unless I came in, with the woman on the phone being particularly rude. When I confronted the owner in person about this policy, he was dismissive and even told me to leave. The pizzas seem to be made with pre-made bases and overall it doesn't appear that they make anything fresh in-house. The confrontation with the owner further emphasized the negative atmosphere of the establishment.

I placed an order at this restaurant, but the calzone was not like any I had ever seen before, and the rice was missing. When I called to inquire about these issues, I was met with a rude attitude and told that the calzone was made a certain way. I accepted that explanation, but when I asked about the missing rice, they hung up on me. Their customer service definitely needs improvement.

I recently had a very bad meal at this restaurant. The chicken pakora was extremely hard, the pizza was cold, and the kebab came with a tough bread. The price was not worth the quality of the food. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Never had a bad curry or pizza from here. Occasionally the lamb can be a bit tough so that's why it's not a five star review. Overall one of the better takeaway offerings in Carluke
