The Cheesecake Factory - Carlsbad

This was my first experience at a Cheesecake Factory, and it was fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious.

Update: On our next visit, we waited for a terrace table and were seated right away. Our server this time was a delightful woman with a lovely accent. She was excellent—giving us just the right amount of time to decide on our orders, took everything correctly, and promptly brought our drinks and meals. She was also very charming with my children. Everyone loved their dishes so much that two of us didn't even have a chance to taste our dessert! We started with loaded potatoes as an appetizer, and I had a salad with beets, avocado, citrus, and arugula, which was delicious. Two of us ordered burgers (with cheese and bacon), while others opted for pasta (spaghetti and meatballs and bistro shrimp). The birthday boy chose the truffle honey chicken, which was outstanding. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

The food was absolutely delicious, and our servers, Kaitlyn and Jeff, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They provided service with a smile and more!

We ordered the filled mushrooms, it was about 6.5/10, good, but not great. Probably not order again. I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp and the chicken with Brown Rice. My friend ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta. She loved Bang Bang Shrimp, she ate it practically everything!

My very first visit. I'm not sure why i have never been here. Excellent service and food. Cobb salad was perfect and huge portion! Will definitely be coming back.
