Sleeping Tiger Coffees - Carlsbad

I waited patiently at the front counter, but the barista didn't even acknowledge us as she was busy cleaning. We won't be coming back.

The atmosphere is absolutely charming, and the woman who prepared the drinks and took our orders was incredibly kind. I tried the oat milk lavender matcha, and the homemade lavender syrup was fantastic! It reminded me of the lavender bush in the front yard of my childhood home—the matcha smelled just like it.

This is an intriguing spot with a unique atmosphere, featuring both indoor and secluded outdoor seating, along with great coffee. It's more than just a coffee shop; they also offer a wine tasting room. Parking is convenient, with a spacious lot located at the back.

This seems like a great spot, truly. I enjoyed the cortado, and my friend a regular drip coffee. The young gent working the counter didn't appear particularly engaged or interested in interacting with us in any way. We may give it another shot, as it looks like it offers quite a bit and we were just passing by.

Really delicious coffee, we had a rose latte. Fantastic! Very cool space, as well. Doubles as a wine bar.
