Mcalister's Deli - Carlsbad

By far the best service to help in doing remote business orders. I dont recall the gentleman’s name, but I was having issues with their call center and a gentleman from the deli quickly took my order to ensure it would be ready in time. Crystal also went above and beyond to help me get an itemized receipt the day after. Great experience with their customer service

I liked Mcalisters, that was my first experience in one of their restaurants and it wasn't bad. The service was not the best at that time, but I guess that was because it trained many new workers this special night. They were still very polite and could finally offer us our food. It was pretty decent and I could get a pretty good club and some Mac and cheese.

I really enjoy the food at McAlister's. They do tend to forget some of the items I order from time to time, but the quality of the food is always excellent.

This is one of the few places around Carlsbad that offers great customer service, and the staff are always friendly. I highly recommend it for sandwiches, soups, or salads. They also serve some of the best tea in the city, complete with free refills. Every time I visit, I try something different from their varied menu. My favorite toppings are onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes, and I absolutely loved them here with dressing—it was delicious. I also highly recommend the tomato soup; it's fantastic. If it weren’t for the wait times, I would happily eat here every day.

I really enjoyed the BLT with avocado. However, I felt it could have been a bit more satisfying.
