Fish District Carlsbad

The fish and chips were hot, crispy and delicious. The diving sauce served with the fish was not a typical tars sauce, but was very brownish and complicated the fish. A lemon wedge and malt vinegar were also included. The Cole Slav was okay, but nothing special, only thin shredded green cabbage with a few pieces of carrot in a simple Mayo-based dressing.

I love the Steak Bowl and the Steak Tacos! I wondered if I ordered the beef from a fish restaurant, but they are some of my favorite things on the menu. It's so good beef! I changed the tortilla to a flour. I like the taste and texture better. I also love the cut Fish Taco Coastal style with Mango Salsa and the Clam Chowder.

Fish and chips were nicely battered and crispy. The tartar was homemade and delicious. The poke bowl was fresh and not frozen ingredients. Overall a very pleasant experience. A must try.

I love this place! I'm going to the black salmon bowl. The salmon is perfectly cooked. They can't go wrong with any of their items. Poke Schale would be my second choice. Healthy and fresh. If they only had a larger terrace.

Service was good and fast. Poke bowl big $13,50. Sweet potatoes fried $5.50 a little burned. Easy price for portion size. Outdoor seating.
