Eureka! - Carlsbad

So we’ve driven by this place a few times now, and finally my fiancé and I decided to do a dinner date last night. Unfortunately , we had a disappointing experience. The nice hostess sat us down outside, and 17 minutes had gone by with nobody even acknowledged us, the servers just kept walking by and attending to the tables next to us and we didn’t even have water. I had to stand up and let the hostess know that we would like some water and she actually took our whole order and made it happen. Honestly, I would go back, because I loved the Sweet potato fries and cheeseburger was ok, but this was pretty grim ??‍ Wanted to bring my family here next week, hopefully they do a better job.

My daughter and I went in for a shirt mothers day bite. The atmosphere is awesome. Super warm and cozy ...plus the artwork on the walls is super cool ! She got the nachos and I had the truffle fries. Fries were really good. She said the nachos were decent but not spectacular. The service was fantastic! They accommodated our need for quick serviceas we had specific time restraint . We will be going back for dinner next time !

This place is amazing.The Food was amazing.The Atmosphere was amazing.Our server Rebecca, was amazing.The Eureka burger is BIG, filling, and really delicious. They use high quality beef. The fish tacos were also fantastic.They have a large bar area, a dining area, and spacious outdoor seating with fire pit, and dog friendly. Lots of room for seating.The staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive.The music was the right volume and a great playlist.It was a great experience. We will definitely be back.

It was okayish. I like how different they made the classics, but it wasn’t anything major or next level. Service was excellent. Probably wouldn’t rerun, but only because it’s not really close to where we live.

We were at the restaurant last night for a rehearsal dinner. And we could be more pleased. Our large group was taken care of by Emily and she is phenomenal. Best server EVER...She was so good. She gets from this family. Thank you for making our special night one we will remember. Thank you, Emily and Eureka!!!!!
