Draft Republic Carlsbad

So who holds this whole “St. Louis Ribs” thing from me all these years? I had no idea if they would taste anything other than saying...”regular ribs”, but man I totally grinned her smoky taste and how tender they were. I was also impressed that they not only sit in your belly like a brick when you are finished (as some meals can). Do other cities ribs I should know about?

My new place in San Marcos! The food is fantastic, and the beer list is impressive! Also on a busy Friday night the service was timely and polite, and there were many employees to deal with customer volume. And no longer wait to order in the line as you supply an order from your phone to your table. This location features large indoor and outdoor seating, indoor and outdoor bar service, bowling alley, live music, indoor and outdoor dining, and an arcade and plenty of space for children to run. Overall, Draft Republic is a unique upgrade from the previous facility. Look at it!

Great place to see NFL games. People were nice and the breakfast was great.

Great food and drinks. It's a little expensive, but very good.

Loved this place! Great service, massive draft beer list and delicious food. We started with the sausage sampler and the crispy brussel sprouts, neither disappointed. Was craving chicken tenders and their version for adults included 3 sauces and coleslaw. Only complaint is that the location closes “early” at 9pm, def would have stayed later if they were opener later.
