Crust Pizzeria - Carlsbad

I visit this restaurant frequently, but my last experience was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, it coincided with my family's Christmas gathering. The artichokes were small and seemed overcooked. The waitress also took a while to attend to us; I had to call her over, which is not typical of my previous visits. Overall, it wasn't as good as it usually is.

Do not make a reservation through OpenTable, as they no longer use that system. Unfortunately, you won't find this out until you arrive and discover that there is no table available for you.

Open table reservation was not registered. They didn’t have a table for us. Said your system doesn’t work. Next time will call instead.

Food is good, but overpriced. We had a pizza, a couple of salads and wine/beer. The wine/beer selection is pretty good. Service is also haphazard. Seems to be a few professional servers backed up by mostly teenagers (so if they forget you ordered more water or extra bread, it's just a hormonal thing right? .

Took about 20 minutes just to get drinks at the bar. Printer (we split 3 ways) printed wrong . Server was unhappy with us instead of apologizing.
