If I could give zero stars I would. Employees are very rude. I came in to get an 8 piece Chicken meal just to be told they only had 8 breasts.. My husband asked how long it would be before any chicken would be done. The lady in the front who is very rudemight I add asked the guy in the back how long. He stated he wasn't making anymore and the next shift could do it. The lady thensaid so you're not going to make any and then preceeded to tell him it would be 30 minutes we are otr drivers and dont have 30mins to wait for the next shift to come in to cook the chicken. We ended up just getting 6 breasts and 4 biscuits and had to buythe extra sides because they were not willing to give any kind of of discount for the inconvenience. I would not recommendstopping at this location to anyone.

I visited hoping for a taste of nostalgia, but left feeling disappointed. I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but the meal I received resembled something a prisoner might get. To top it off, the service at the counter was less than friendly. Overall, it felt like a wild ride, but one that resembled a rude rollercoaster. I can't recommend this place—save yourself the disappointment.

I was taken aback by the number of negative reviews. I visited this location to try Roy Rogers for the first time, and I had a positive experience. The employee at the counter was friendly, and the piece of chicken in my sandwich was quite large. The baked beans were tasty as well. My only complaint is that there wasn't a spoon in the bag for the baked beans; I assume it was available at the counter, and I simply missed it.

I ordered an 8-piece chicken meal and was very disappointed. I paid $27, but the chicken looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The sides weren't tasty either, and the customer service was poor. Overall, I had a bad experience.

Overpriced food and horrible service. My bill was $37 and some change and I just saw my bank statement and $45.30 was taken out. So apparently, the unfriendly nasty lady working the counter took it upon herself to write in herself a $7 tip that I didnot approve! Fraud and I want it back and her job because her service skills weren't worth a dime! Beware if you paying bydebit card!!!
