Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Carlisle

I have given many businesses 5 stars in the past, and they truly deserved it. But recently, I visited a dining restaurant that I believe deserves 10 stars - Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brew. Even though I didn't eat in, the service was outstanding. The staff knew their roles and were very welcoming. I placed a carry-out order for two Scorpion Burgers, a large order of onion rings, and two orders of French fries. The employee who took my order informed me that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I had the freedom to wait anywhere in the spacious restaurant, which had booths and a bar. I was amazed by the efficiency of the staff as they guided me through the process. I decided to wait near the front entrance and admire the beautiful decor. When my order was ready, the escort brought it to me. I left feeling satisfied with my experience at Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brew in Carlisle, PA.

I have visited this restaurant before, but it has been years since my last visit. This time, I noticed that the place felt a bit dirty, with slippery/greasy floors and a terrible sewer smell near the bathrooms. However, once we were seated, the experience improved. Our server was friendly, polite, and professional, checking on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious! We tried the Banzai Burger, Avocado Bacon Burger, endless fries with the classic Red Robin seasoning, and also sampled the new Pineapple Upside Down Cake Shake.

The meal was delicious, as depicted in the photos. The service was top-notch, among the best in the area.

Great service and fantastic . I recommend the Whiskey River burger! They have no meat options along with great tasty chicken offerings. The place is great for an informal business lunch or to hang out with friends and family. Good selection of alcohol, beers and non alcohol drinks available.

I had a 16oz lager while waiting for the mushroom and swiss burger with steak fries. I was comfortable even though I was still drying off after walking through heavy rain from the car. I had a good server who checked in on me several times. The burger was delicious but a bit sloppy. If I had choice with a dry burger or an extra juicy, then give me the extra juicy for it will have better taste and texture. I watched a table get a Birthday song from the staff. The steak fries were good. I did like seeing steamed broccoli as a never ending menu option. I got a sundae to finish the meal. I could of sworn that the sundae looked smaller in the photo.
