Chick-fil-a - Carlisle

This place is very clean and the workers are pleasant and welcoming. The food is always hot and never greasy.

All outside lights were on to show that they were open. However when I went to the cube to order nobody acknowledged that I was even there. After waiting for a couple of minutes, the lights went out apparently stating that they were closed. Why didn't someone just say sorry we are closed but forgot to turn our lights off. Love Chic filet but will reconsider this location.

Some redhead girl with curly shoulder length hair had an attitude with me and basically called me a liar. I don’t have to lie about Chick-fil-A fries sweetie.

Missing mayo on sandwiches. None on the side as requested. Missing plasticware to eat salad.

I don't think Chick-fil-A is the best, never have but I did think that they had some of the best customer service around. But today I asked if they could keep my chicken sandwich cooking for a little longer because in the past I've had undercooked chicken from this location. I was informed that they cannot fry the chicken any longer for anybody. I just think it's funny that they will change your tire then walk your dog for you in the name of customer service but if you ask them to cook their chicken longer they can not assist ?
