Whenever I'm in the area, Carlisle Bakery will be my go-to for all my baking needs. Eric was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly professional, as well as friendly and courteous. We approached him with just a month to go before our wedding, and he successfully created the exact cake and design we wanted, all while managing some challenges with his freezers. The cake itself was stunning, and the pricing was reasonable. He arrived right on time, and everything went perfectly from our initial meeting and tasting all the way to the day of the ceremony. I truly couldn't have asked for a better baker or cake. There’s no reason for me to look elsewhere!

The prices are slightly higher than those of other local bakeries, but the quality definitely makes it worth it.

We opted for 8-inch cakes as our centerpieces and wanted a variety of flavors, and Eric truly delivered! We had seven different flavor combinations, and each one was absolutely delicious! The cakes were not only tasty but also beautifully decorated in unique styles, sparking great conversations among our friends and family who were meeting for the first time. The icing on the cake (pun intended) was that we had enough leftovers to freeze our cake topper and enjoy a slice a few days after the wedding. Without a doubt, Carlisle Bakery is the best!

Carlisle Bakery on Hanover is fantastic! I called to order a cake, unaware that they require appointments, but the owner kindly made my cake on short notice. He crafted a Jack Skellington cake for my daughter, and it turned out great—everyone loved it! I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend others to visit.
