La Manzana - Carlisle

I was starving when we arrived at the restaurant with a group of friends. We ordered a variety of dishes including Russian salad, rabbit, chorizo in cider, squid, and octopus. Most of the dishes were decent, except for the squirrel which was not to our liking. We decided to share our dishes and enjoyed the meal, while also indulging in plenty of drinks. The bill came out to €33 per person, and we had put down a €100 deposit to reserve our table. The staff were rushed but still managed to attend to our needs. The desserts were average, but we were pleasantly surprised when they offered us a complimentary shot. Despite some of the shortcomings, we may consider returning to the restaurant for its charming atmosphere, although the service and food quality could use some improvement.

Thieves! I was charged for 14 beers when I had already paid for 8 and can prove it. What a bunch of thieves in reality!

Spectacular taste, expensive not, next. We went for a bite. We started with a few croquettes, one of octopus to the pan, chopton for three, desserts ,cafés. And we went out to over €45 per head.

We have gone on several occasions and we have felt at ease. However, I agree with all the opinions in which this establishment has 50% in its favour as to which it has, in advance, an extraordinary enclave, parking, children's areas etc that is already much. But if most of the comments insist that it is expensive and the food does not meet the expectations, we must improve it, we have to get to it because, in the times we live and with the gastronomic offer that exists, for many facilities you have, the opinions are decisive. Therefore, you will need to take care of price, food and give a quality service so we can all continue enjoying this great place.

Today we have been in the family to eat La Manzana and the truth I think will be long before returning: Fabada Rabo de toro Beameds bring us the fabada and the croquettes and tell us that there is no rabo de toro, we replaced it with squids.
