I travel alot and eat Chinese often. This was one of those delightful little finds that had exquisite food. The egg rolls are perfect for me and I had the Hunan beef and was blown away!

Maybe we just came on a bad day. My aunt recommended we stop from our trip to Elko. The minute we walked in the place stunk so bad. Smelled like raw sewage. I thought the brócoli beef was ok. My mom was very disappointed. We've heard such great things about them from my aunt who lives in Battle Mountain. Like I said. Maybe it was just a bad day we went.

I bought some General TSO chicken and received big clumps of flour barley any chicken inside. I tried my best to make it through the plate but couldn't. It did seem freshly cooked because it was chewy and dry. I don't like wasting food but man I can't eat anymore. I was so hungry and felt so good when I saw a Chinese restaurant near to the truck stop. This was a huge disappointment.

Nice lady but my friend and my dishes looked almost identical. We ordered two totally different items, she basically made them together and then threw them on a plate. Mine she added snow peas, his was not close to Schezwan style. The miners keep her around since it is Carlin a little town with nothing going on.
