My friends and I were placed at a table in the corner of the restaurant where we were ignored by the waitstaff, despite there being other vacant tables. It took 20 minutes to place our order and 50 more minutes for our food to be served. We had to ask for more water multiple times and it took a long time to receive it. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Went with my husband and 3 kids. Only good thing was we got seated right away. The food was decent. Went for endless shrimp, our waiter kept avoiding our table, never asked how we were doing, if we needed anything after initially introducing herself as our waitress. I had to constantly call her over and see seemed annoyed by that. For the endless shrimp, the waitress act as if I’m asking her to bring the shrimp from her house, everytime I ordered more. She told me I could only order one at a time, I said ok, understandable. Then when she brought what I ordered which took forever!!!! I ordered more because it seems like they are taking forever in the kitchen(and like I mentioned she disappears). She told me I have to finish what’s in-front of me first before I order more shrimp. Umm… What excuse me!!! So you’re telling me I have to look for you to order, then order, wait a long wait to get my one order of shrimp, then eat the one order of shrimp then I can order more shrimp!!!??? So much for endless shrimp !!!! A little advice if you’re going to advertise endless shrimp please put on that same advertisement “how you can order”. Mind you I called earlier to see if the restaurant participated in the promotion and ask how it works they never mentioned that. I should also add we didn’t just order endless, we had 3 orders of the ultimate feast amongst others menu items including drinks. I would definitely not go back. I don’t know if that only happens at this location or that’s how they do it. Either way I would not recommend!!!! Years ago probably before the pandemic we tried the endless shrimp promotion, twice, and it was not like this. Manager was no where in sight also or else I would ask for clarification. Forgot to mention I asked for parmesan(never received it). I had to remind her like 3 times for some biscuits. I believe the waitress name was Jennifer.
I have never dined in at this location, so can’t speak on the service for that. I usually order takeout and the food is always ready when I arrive, fresh and hot. The takeout hosts and hostesses are super friendly every time. Last time I went I was in the neighborhood so didn’t place the order online but went in. Since I was waiting for the food (13 mins) every single staff member came over to me and ask if I needed anything, offered free drinks, etc… They went above and beyond and I wasn’t even there long. I would definitely recommend this Red Lobster if you’re craving seafood and want excellent customer service.
The staff at this restaurant was incredibly kind and attentive. Despite being very busy, they provided top-notch service. Pamela, the hostess, was wonderful and seated us with special accommodations. Our server, Nicole, was kind and attentive, making sure to alert me to order grilled salmon for my son, who has shellfish allergies. The manager, Dorothy, was also caring and ensured that our dining experience was great. She handled situations with ease, keeping customers and staff happy. Thank you to all the ladies for a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back soon!
It was my sister's birthday February 28th we had a amazing waiter ,it was packed with a lot of people celebrating their birthday
