This was a wonderful experience! The room is a bit small, but it makes for more of an intimate or cozy feel. The authenticity of the tea room is spot on. The tea, food, and environment are all worth a visit and to be savored. We went for a special occasionand this made the occasion even more special. I will be back if not for the tea, but for the tea and the retail shopping offeredhere.

WOW. What an incredible experience. ???? The location is amazing, the decorations are amazing, the service is amazing, and the tea is the BEST I have EVER had? seriously! We ordered a pot of the Organic Lavender Earl Grey (recommended by our server as wecould not choose) and it was phenomenal so good I crave it and want to go back all the time! We ordered the formal afternoontea which came with 3 tiers of selections and was soooo fresh and good. We cannot wait to go back!

The presentation of this place was aesthetically pleasing. The tea was authentic. The cream was delicious. The food was there to fill you up a little bit. However, workers need to be more alert in refilling teas. All in all regardless of how many decadesyou are serving the public, listening to constructive criticisms might help your business compare than not listening andimproving. Changes are good and inevitable, esp if they are for your advancement.

Loved this quaint elegant tearoom. The service was good and the atmosphere was devine. Come to visit from Denver and had to stop in. Reservations were hard to come by because of mother's day week but they accommodated us. What a wonderful experience forafternoon tea. We will definitely have to make sure we visit the next time I'm in town.
