Cafe Bink - Carefree

Last night was our first time dining at this restaurant and we opted for the chef’s tasting menu. Every course was exceptional and creative. The local Guinea hen was a delightful surprise, prepared in such an inventive way. Our favorite dishes of the evening were a tie between the wagyu beef cheek appetizer and the pumpkin cheesecake dessert. The pairing of wines with each course was also expertly done. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming! We will definitely return, especially since the menu changes with the seasons and incorporates the chef's unique selection of exceptional ingredients.

I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough! The husband and wife team behind it are fantastic, and the food is truly exceptional. The ambiance is lovely as well. If I lived nearby, I would visit every week, even if it was just for a small bite and to enjoy their wonderful selection of wines. She also crafted some of the best Old Fashioneds we've ever tasted. Without a doubt, this restaurant offers the finest food in the area. If you're seeking a genuinely delightful culinary experience, look no further. While there are plenty of eateries in Cave Creek and Carefree serving breaded and fried dishes, they simply can't compare to Confluence. Victoria and Brandon are exceptionally skilled and ensure that every visit is unforgettable. With amazing food and a wonderful atmosphere, this place is a must-visit. Don't miss out!

Oh my God, what an experience! I would put Confluence up against any professional restaurant. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Add to the fact that the bar manager is very knowledgeable and keeps a very nice selection of spirits and you have yourself the night out of a lifetime. Trust me, if you want that truly awesome experience, get the 7 course Chef's tasting menu. You will not be disappointed!
