Santiago's Tapas - Cardiff

I ordered barbecued ribs as my main course. I was disappointed to receive only three baby back ribs with very little meat on them, maybe around 50g in total. Each rib ended up costing £5.30, which I found absurd. I was frustrated by the small portion sizes at this tapas restaurant.

This city center restaurant is a bit dirty and below standard. The meat was undercooked, and I was not impressed with the overall experience. I will not be coming back.

WRU disappointed. Not authentic. Calamari was from frozen and chewy. No aioli with it. Cold meats were cut far too thick. Crackers with cold meats, how is that Spanish?! Potatoes bravos has some sort of nasty tasting mayo but no bravos sauce. The chicken skewers were ok but tasteless. Not impressed and won’t be going back. The staff were nice enough.

Delicious food but the service could have been better, not asked if we wanted more drinks or if everything was ok with the meal, maybe because they add a 10% service charge to bill. I was glad I had not had too much to drink and noticed our service charge had been added at 100% and not 10%, a 'mistake ' that should have been picked up before we were given the bill. Restaurant is in need of a deep clean, especially the toilets

Overpriced paid over 21 pounds for a small jug of sangria, rude customer service from ugly old staff member with receding gums that looked like a crack head
