New Champagne - Cardiff

I was completely shocked to find a small spider in my food when I opened the lid. I was so disgusted that I immediately threw away my £40 order. The staff denied that it had anything to do with them, but I refuse to ever eat there again. This restaurant should be shut down.

We had a wonderful takeout meal tonight to celebrate Father's Day during lockdown. The food was very delicious. We ordered a set meal along with some extras, and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed it.

The server was extremely rude and the food was incredibly bland, lacking any flavor. I could prepare tastier dishes myself, and to top it off, it was expensive.

70 pound order . Literally the only Chinese I’ve know which doesn’t give prawn crackers. Good way to treat high paying customers. Will never order here again

Some of the food was lovely some was awful such a shame, we haven’t had a Chinese in so long. My daughters birthday yesterday and wanted Chinese waited nearly 2 hrs to be delivered, my other daughter wouldn’t eat then as it got so late! Don’t recommend the prawn crackers they were so dry
