Tiny coffee sauces, always a bit too long a wait for takeaway coffee after ordering, wait for up and coffee waiting area w near tables, so can feel quite uncomfortable. decent selection of foods, including many vegan options and beautiful cakes. personal in the rule ok. but not excessively friendly. would not come back via other local options.

Wow, what a rude, aggressive and ignorant owner. I ordered a last minute gift for a coffee lover friend of mine, the website clearly explained that the braterei was closed until 4th januar 2022, but nowhere was there at the place of sale or. on the website that coffee could not be collected from their canton coffee shop. when visiting the canton branch to collect our order, my wife was turned away from the extremely rude and aggressive owner and was told that she could not collect the order despite the two pockets we ordered, sitting on the regal half a meter from the cash register. my wife was told aggressively to cancel the order by email and that if she wanted to buy the coffee, she would have to buy it there and then again. my wife decided to leave the coffee shop. I then had a chat with the obvious business owner in the canton business that continued with their aggressive, rude and condesctive rant regarding the collection and delivery. very exactly why I went out with the purchase, but at least I got a sarcastic merry christmas from the beautiful hard lines peculiarities on my way out of the coffee shop. my family loves our coffee and be of cardiff wanted to support and praise a local business, but I can safely say we will continue to buy from clifton. I can't support such a rude and involuntary entrepreneur. we were excited to see their roasts near radyr open where we live, but one thing is sure we will not give the thumbs to our neighbours if they ask about hard lines hopefully the coffee tastes great, but that know the business belongs to such an rude individual, it will always leave an acid taste.

Very small cup. very expensive at £3.00 for a latte. not very hot! beautiful taste however. would not recommend, but.

Not only the best coffee in cardiff, but many interesting things to eat and drink. a must visit for everyone in the cardiff area when they love eating or coffee!

Please be careful when ordering from the website for coffee. My first payment hadn’t gone through, so I paid for another bag, received the order number for one of the bags. On checking my bank statement two payments had been taken. I emailed right away...to get them to look into my query. I didn’t receive a response. I emailed again and it took so long for to sort out my request the other bag of coffee arrived! Now I like coffee but spending £30 on two bags of coffee with two separate postage costs is a little much! Needless to Say I’m not happy with the customer service. It clearly states on the website that if your not happy with the order they would I help. I Was told I would not be able to return the coffee because it’s freshly roasted. However I do work for a coffee company myself and I would happily allow the customer to send the coffee back if there where any issues. I must have been served by the person who wrote the below. For me it’s about customer service and the lack of it at this establishment. Is a shame because I love the look and branding of the business.
