Fancy Pizza - Cardiff

I’ve ordered from here a few times, I have to admit the pizza is really good; it’s not greasy like most other pizza places and the toppings seem to be decent quality. The burgers and chips are also good quality. My only problems have been with the delivery people, they don’t seem to pay attention to any notes added by the customer (e.g. phone me when delivery is here instead of knocking). And I had one delivery that was 20 minutes late (later than the expected time they put). Overall, good fast food for a reasonable price.

DO NOT ORDER WITH FANCY PIZZA. I have ordered many times over the last few years from Fancy Pizza, the majority of which have ended up with me having to call the restaurant to ask where my delivery is. Each time I would give them the benefit of the doubt and continue ordering from them as they 're one of the few places that does affordable vegan pizzas in Cardiff. Anyway, I 'll list the reasons why you should boycott this place: They told me to f*ck off when asked about where an order was (explained below . Horrendous delivery times. Majority of times we 've ordered it 's been delivered late (not even on a Friday/Saturday night with no form of apology from the driver or restaurant. Food is never actually 'hot ', it 's always arrived basically just warm. Aggressive attitude from delivery drivers when they 've been ringing the doorbell and I 've not answered (when I 've clearly listed in comments on the orders DOORBELL DOES NOT WORK PLEASE PHONE ME . The last time we ordered, our food still didn 't arrive 2 and a half hours after we ordered it, I called the restaurant (many, many times with no answer. Eventually we decided to go down there to just get our money back. Nobody seemed to have a clue what was going on and they tried to say there was no way I 'd called them. (I showed them the phonecall log to prove it . I had also messaged their Facebook page asking where the order was. It was not an aggressive message, simply asking where the pizza was and that I was frustrated that it was late and I was struggling to get ahold of ANYONE. The restaurant had not contacted me as well despite confirming my order nearly 3 hours earlier. Anyway after the FB message was sent, a few days ago I received a response from the restaurant saying f*ck off . #WellDoneOnTheCustomerServiceLads IN SHORT: Do not waste your time and money ordering from these ignorant, rude, disorganised people. The only reason I went back to order from them after previous negative experiences was because their prices are affordable and they are one of the few places that offers vegan pizza in Cardiff (and it takes a lot to get me this aggravated . DO NOT SHOP HERE. I 100% never will be again.

We order from here for our pizza's and won't use anywhere else. They have a huge selection of food for delivery and it tastes amazing. Their pizza is great and it comes in three sizes. We've had the biggest pizza a few times when we have friends or family over and there's plenty to go around. I love the fact that it's cut into squares! Their chicken strippers are also really good. A colleague recommended this and now everyone in our office uses it. Great place!

Really good eating at a decent price. as a lover of veggi pizza it is nice to have such a fresh vege and to know that it was prepared with fresh ingredients. also really love the drivers. the young who deliver are always polite, sweet and prompt. for years they have been obsessed with this place and recommend it to everyone.
