Curado - Cardiff

1. Patatas Bravas – crispy on the outside and incredibly soft on the inside. 2. Thinly sliced fried eggplant in a light batter – so tender and flavorful, and the batter doesn't overpower the eggplant. 3. Roasted artichoke served with a light pepper sauce – the artichokes were cooked to perfection, and the sauce was smooth with a slight tang, creating a delightful combination. 4. Delicious buttery mushrooms – with a subtle flavor that isn't as strong as what I've experienced elsewhere. 5. Basque-style cheesecake served with cream – absolutely heavenly! It's the best cheesecake I've ever had, boasting a creamy, smooth texture that’s just perfect. Each dish was outstanding. The restaurant has taken classic Spanish dishes and given them a unique twist, making for a truly wonderful culinary experience!

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience, thanks to the friendly service. The seafood and meat pinchos were bursting with flavor, and the meat and cheese board was fantastic. The variety of cheeses and meats, along with the unique accompaniments, was impressive. However, they only allow a limited selection of wines by the glass, which might be a drawback for some; it’s better suited for those who prefer to enjoy a whole bottle. I absolutely loved the dessert wine.

They absolutely adore this place! The food is incredibly delicious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The selection of cold meats and cheeses is fantastic. I will definitely be coming back!

A beautiful place in the heart of cardiff with a surprisingly rich variety of Spanish classics of different regions. the pulpo was however a tad chew and kartoffeln were not cooked into the galic perfection, but this was balanced by the beautiful, cheerful employees and cozy vibes. defo recommended when in cardiff and keen on laid good wein danced tapa fix.

This was a great find on our trip to Cardiff. It's located off the main street right near the stadium. (We actually saw the coaches bringing the players in. We sat outside and had delicious Spanish tapas and vermouth. There is a great variety of vermouth and lovely Spanish wines. The food was delicious. We had tortilla, patatas bravas, pan con tomate, and a nice selection of olives. We felt that we were in Spain again. I highly recommend this lovely place. Great staff!
