Mcdonald's - Cardiff Bay

It was the first time that I have dined in at this location. It was heavily understaffed. The tables were not cleaned or cleared until after an hour into our visit. The bathrooms were in a truly poor state. It was obvious that the staff they had in were run off their feet. Food was tasty. I did try the new McCrispy it was good reminded me of KFC actually.

On god the worst place to to get fast food within a 200 mile radius. (June 29th @11pm) I waited 24 minutes in line just to make an order then once I got to the window I notice how the two employees are both at the window giggling with eachother. I had ordered a poutine (which I had gotten 3 hours prior to this) but all of a sudden ?they didn?t have poutine? so I opted out for some chicken nuggets. My ICED tea was handed to me without ICE!!! and when I got home (3 minutes away) my fries were ice cold and my chicken nuggets tasted like literal feet. Not to mention they couldn?t even give me the right sauce. Like how hard is it.

It?s crazy how irate some people get about the smallest little things. Everyone is so quick to yell at teenage kids for forgetting their dipping sauce or having to wait a few minutes. Blows my mind. We have only had good experiences at this restaurant. Beautiful building and very pleasant and cheerful staff.

Went there late evening and were the only ones there, I ordered and waited 30 mins then my order went off the screen I thought it was done and went over to get it turned out they didn't have it finished and didn't even start yet I had to get my receipt out of the garbage to show them my order since they didn't have any records of it anymore. I asked the worker to please hurry since I was in a rush already to get home, he disrespected me and asked me if I would like to make my food myself after which I told him I just want my food so I can go home, he then laughed at me and then finally got to working. After another 15 mins of waiting they finally gave me my order which was 2 junior chicken and a big mac together with a coke, the coke was missing no napkins and no extra mayo. I really wish I could give 0 stars.

Went for lunch after the lunch rush, nice to see the friendly staff, as well as the owner with a super pleasant demeanour. Incredible, how fast the staff clean lunch rush mess, floors tables. Very clean and you can see they take pride. The food was fresh and awesome , thank you for a nice restaurant. We ate in and were very relaxed .. thank u we will be coming here more often????. Also want to mention came another time again food was awesome , it was busy Issiah was so attentive and pleasant very helpful as o have allergies he assured with manager the ingredients list and got what was right for me, I was watching him treat all customers the same very caring very dedicated to people and his job thank u again for another experience at the Morden mb mc Donald?s
