Pizza Express High St - Cardiff

On Tuesday 20 June Pizza Express started her vegan cheese as a milk-free alternative throughout the nation with her 1st vegan pizza with cheese called Vegan giardiniera. It was the first time we went to the Pizza Express and what better day than the start date! When we arrived, we were welcome by two friendly staff. They gave us the menu and also brought the allergy sheet so we could find the vegan options. Since the menu does not clearly label the vegan friendly options, it took us some time to look between the allergy sheets that has a list that needs to be viewed with the menu. The list explains which products can be veganized by eliminating or replacing certain ingredients. I prefer a separate vegan menu and hope they will consider it in the future. We ordered the Vegan Giardiniera and Superfood Salad without the dressing. We enjoyed it and recommended. They also have a variety of offers, so we use a 25% discount code from their website.

The waiter was brilliant. A great place for Becky's birthday meal. relaxed atmosphere food so good. Look for new cheesecake dessert with popcorn.

As always one of the best pizzas in town with definitely the best staff. The chef, waiter and manager very friendly and implicated in the service of the customers.

Family lunch! Was delicious. It was a busy sunny Saturday lunch time, and we still managed to get a table. Friendly attentive staff. Used my tesco club card vouchers which was absolutely no hassle at all. Can't wait to re visit.

Delicious dough balls and pizza, particularly the calabrese. Deserts also excellent. Good service. Not cheap but always deals and offers available.
