Taco Bell - Carbondale

I visited this restaurant to order food, but the staff was rude, and the food was consistently cold. I would not recommend coming here.

I really enjoy Taco Bell in Carbondale. The staff is always very friendly, and service is quick!

I ordered two burritos, one with avocado ranch. When I pulled up to the drive-thru and grabbed my food, I noticed that there were no markings to differentiate which burrito had the ranch. The woman at the window insisted that they were definitely marked, but the man working the drive-thru took the burritos back. I saw them unwrap one, add ranch, and then hand it back to me without making a new one. At Taco Bell, toppings are supposed to be added in a specific order. When I looked at the burritos again, they were squished and smaller, with meat and cheese spilling out the sides. I drove back through the drive-thru and explained, "I'm sorry, but I just came through, and now my burritos are squished." The woman replied, "Well, they're definitely not supposed to be perfect." I couldn't believe it! I just wanted something decent and edible. If you're looking for overpriced, squished burritos made by a disorganized staff in Carbondale, then this is the place for you!

Absolutely terrible, my wife and I have went a few times and every single time it's a problem. We will never be back again!

Every time I go here, there?s a different thing wrong. I ask for tomatoes, I don?t get tomatoes. I ask for sour cream, gets charged for sour cream and DONT get sour cream. PLEASE LISTEN AND READ THE ORDERS. I give so many chances and you mess it upevery time.
