A real farm, in the sense that it is part of a multifunctional farm of 60 hectares. On Saturday and Sunday the 'vergara' also cooks for guests, using many homemade raw materials. So genuine and tasty food, well cooked according to tradition. Plentiful portions with possibility to bring home what you can't finish. I liked everything: don't miss the cooked wine at the end, it's hard to find it so good. Honest prices.

Home cooking in the best sense of the term with food produced in its own. Very kind and helpful staff. The covers are not many therefore it is preferable to book.

The Panorama in Carassai is the restaurant for lovers of traditional Marche cuisine. We were a group of almost 30 fifty years old and we fully enjoyed the flavors of a homemade cuisine with abundant courses and the price contained. We also got numerous doggy bags. All perfect from the appetizer of fegatini, to the cannelloni, to the ascolana olives, to the mixed roast, to the cake of the house.
