Excellent presentation, the style is refined the atmosphere is bourgeois the rather classy decor...the service is of high quality remarkable performance with a final touch of the master who wishes to meet each customer individually after the meal. The service is impeccable and the tasting awakens all senses with the greatest happiness of taste buds and smell....
A unique evening. The new young chef offers an exceptional tasting menu (entrance menu at 58€), the turret that meets the milk ribot, the explosive marriage of the mackerel and the roasted sesame, a calf allied to the ceps, girolles and Cie and to the sweet and tasteful chestnuts, as to the desserts the ice on the algae and mint alongside the sweetness of the pear A long time ago we hadn't had such a gustative mist.
