Cap Des Landes - Captieux

I came back here because my parents brought to Captieux in the late 70s on a trip with my brother who was on a school rugby tour. We also went to Casteljaloux. We decided to stop in Captieux to eat and this was almost the only choice. Sadly very disappointed by the amount and quality of the food for the price. Not very welcoming either.

A little wait (honestly we almost left), but the dishes were excellent, especially for the price!

The establishment is aging and deserves a refreshment, from which my star is less. for the rest, very good reception, very good value price, good inspired dishes, and well presented. Don't pay attention to cb, checks and cash (distributor to okay.

Tasty and generous gasconne cuisine, well chosen wines, efficient and very smiling service, extremely friendly patron of regional culture and history. We'll be back!
