The Table Bay - Cape Town

Definitely a place for the health conscious. Never heard of lion 's mane and cordyceps before. We were able to order more 'normal ' food though. I had scrambled eggs on sourdough bread and my husband had the croque Monsieur minus the bacon. They make their own bread which was delicious. They also make their own cinnamon rolls. Had one straight out of the oven and it was yummy. Service was excellent!

Trendy breakfast spot. Was quite busy and a bit pricy but food was good.

Perfect cross between casual and fine dining. Relaxed friendly atmosphere and food that tastes like it came from the fanciest spot in town make it an easy choice for a guaranteed enjoyable meal.

Good food and coffee, but the waiters seem utterly miserable.

Great spot for breakfast and lunch. Only place to find Aesop products in Cape Town. Last ate: 14 May 2022 I had the cheese toasty and added crispy bacon. Very well balanced with the cabbage and chutney. Definitely going back for this. 5/5. Recommended.
