Great food and friendly service. Lovely under the vines
Great; we had a great dinner here with family recently. Everyone’s meals were prepared to top quality. No complaints all round. The bread itself was also sensational. Well priced wines. I would certainly suggest you give it a try.
I have been to this place so many times, but this past Saturday was the last for me. We took visitors from Johannesburg to this farm and the first thing the waitress said to us was “if you guys dont mind, can you order the same wines so I dont have to bring 7 bottles at once please”. She actually even refused to take us a picture as she was 'too busy '. Her treatment of us was the worst I have ever experienced, anywhere really. My biggest regret was not asking to speak to the manager.
Diemersdal is a must do when you are doing the Durbanville wine route, Diemersdal has award winning white wines that are just delicious and refreshing (and I don’t even drink white wine) — they also have a restaurant on-site, which looks amazing and I just have to try next.
