The food was decent, earning a solid 3 out of 5, but unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing, rating only a 1. The atmosphere also left much to be desired, with another 1 rating. Overall, while the food was okay, the lackluster service and uninviting atmosphere made for a less enjoyable experience.

Although the walls are adorned with murals of Venice and Tuscany, the food at Vincenzo's lacks any authentic Italian flair. Instead, it embraces the typical New Jersey dining experience: large portions of slippery pasta drowning in thick sauce or cheese. If that's what you're looking for, you won't be let down. The ingredients are decent, and every meal comes with a big salad and an abundance of rather bland bread. While the pasta isn’t overcooked, and the fish and vegetables are indeed fresh, I can’t understand why they would rinse or partially cook the pasta to prevent the sauce from clinging to it. And serving it in a sea of sauce? That's just baffling.
