Uncle Bill's Pancake House - CAPE MAY

Good ol' American breakfast in a busy, no-frills diner style spot. While they have very good the best pancakes I've ever had, I think would be a more accurate and real statement that they have the best pancakes I can remember. Just in my two tops for pancakes. They were delicious! Are they alone?????? Even the prices do not harm the bank. One must visit. I can't say enough about it? The place is booming and busy, do not expect the best service as they run around a lot trying to maintain everything. Expect a waiting period, even if it is short, on arrival.

This was my first time in Uncle Bills Pancake house. I had a good experience. The ambiance is very charming. I ordered the blueberry pancakes and they were absolutely amazing! They were probably the best pancakes I have ever had. They were so fluffy and cooked to perfection. One thing I really enjoyed was the amount of butter they put on the pancakes. They put plenty of butter and it was delicious! One thing that would make this dish even better is a blueberry compote or sauce, which they did not have. One thing that was a bit odd and uncomfortable about our dining experience was that most of the servers looked like children or underage. We literally only saw two servers that looked like they were over 18 years of age. Our server had to be well under 18 and looked like she was 12 or 13 years old. Maybe the owners have family members working there?.who knows. Irregardless, I?d rather be served by an adult. Other than that, it was a great experience. If you go, you should definitely order some Pancakes! I would highly recommend coming to this place.

Great food! Very busy on a Saturday morning. Waiting was less than expected and the food came fast. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was the unfortunate, untreated ladies' room and the flies. Too many. Very good service. Many menu options. If a place like this specializes in breakfast, you will find their food well cooked, tasteful and of a higher quality than most. The simple cheese omelet reminded me of my childhood and those my mother made us. That made my heart smile. I recommend?

Breakfast on the beach. Taylor The cheese sandwich of Ham-Ei-N' was at the top. Many menu options to choose from. Great family breakfast restaurant. Shown on a Monday brunch hour and was still a decent crowd. Can only imagine how the check is in weekends. For us Entrees all the time, service was great and home. No Denny's vibe here.
