What! after a terrible experience at mercellis in matlacha for a simple vanilla and hot chocolate sun at milk queen, what do they sell? I'm going to get out? out by vanilla eiscreme wtf people that is not rocket science it is vanilla ice cream they sell ice cream like ?? how can they be from vanilla ice cream?

I tried the local DQ for lunch, not having dined at one for many years until this past summer while vacationing in Jackson, WY. I was disappointed with the food and lack of customer service. The counter help was short, almost to the point of being rude and I think that attitude rolled downhill from the manager who seemed too rushed to provide any help to either the staff or their customers. When I got my burger, it was dried out, over-cooked, tasteless and considerably smaller than they used to be. Apparently, DQ has not only raised their prices over the years, but they have also cut the size of their product. I won't return when there are too many other good burger places in town.

Things escalated when the manager approached me aggressively, trying to snatch the cake from my hands—it felt like a tug-of-war. I asked for the corporate office's phone number, but the manager refused to provide it, insisting she hadn’t done anything wrong. She suggested that I look it up online instead. As a paying customer, I believe this kind of aggressive behavior towards patrons is unacceptable. At the birthday party, I'll be sure to explain to everyone why the cake doesn’t have the birthday girl’s name on it. To other customers: beware of the management at this store, as your service may be at risk!
